Xo@XXXo@# `  Inthecaseatbar,therecordaffirmativelyreflectsthetrialjudges  thoughtfulconsiderationoftherelevantcriteriaforsentencing.Accordingly,ourde !` novoreviewisaccompaniedbythepresumptionofcorrectness. #@  `  Beginningwithenhancementfactor(3),Lovelacehastwocomplaints.First,hepositsthatthetrialcourterroneouslyappliedthisenhancementfactorbecauseitfoundthefactorrelatedtopossessionofafirearm,ratherthanthepresenceofmultiplevictims.Wedisagreewithhisinterpretationofthetrialjudgesfindingsatthesentencinghearing. `  Second,Lovelacearguesthatfactor(3)shouldnotbeappliedbecausetherewereseparateconvictionsfortwocountsofattemptedseconddegreemurderforhistwovictims.Thestateoffersaconcessionofthepoint.We,however,disagreewithboththedefendantandthestate,whohaveoverlookedathirdvictim.ThepresentencereportcontainsavictimimpactstatementfromBobby  :04 Baggett,theownerofShowboat.p .&ppp #  4      Inhisstatement,Mr.Baggettdescribesproperty `  damagecausedbyLovelacesunlawfulconductandincludesreceiptsfor$617.63relatedtorepairstothedamagedproperty.Baseduponthisevidence,wefindnoerrorinthetrialcourtsapplicationofenhancementfactor(3).pppppp #
