H   Whenaprobationrevocationischallenged,theappellatecourtshavealimitedscopeof    review.Foranappellatecourttobewarrantedinfindingthatatrialjudgeabusedhisorher   discretionbyrevokingprobation,itmustbeestablishedthattherecordcontainsnosubstantial   evidencetosupportthetrialjudgesconclusionthataprobationviolationoccurredandthatbecause   oftheviolation,probationshouldberevoked.SeeStatev.Harkins,811S.W.2d79,82(Tenn. n  1991);Statev.Stubblefield,953S.W.2d223,226(Tenn.Crim.App.1997).#X'X XXo^ # W    TheDefendantconcededattherevocationhearingthathewasconvictedofDUI,second )y offense,onMarch11,2003.TheDefendanttestifiedthathehashadanalcoholproblemsince1971, b buthenevermadeanyseriousattemptstoaddressit.Heaskedthecourttoallowhimtoseek K professionalhelpforhisaddiction.JohnReaves,alongtimefriendoftheDefendantsfamily, 4 testifiedthatDefendantwas uniqueand veryaccommodating.Hestatedthat,ifthecourtsaw  fittoplacetheDefendantinatreatmentprogram,theDefendant wouldcomeouttobeapretty  goodfellow.Followingthisproof,thetrialcourtrevokedtheDefendantsprobationandordered  himtoservethebalanceofhissentenceinconfinement.    WeconcludethatthetrialcourtdidnotabuseitsdiscretionbyrevokingtheDefendants Z probationandorderinghissentenceservedinconfinement.Whileonprobation,theDefendanthad C beenconvictedofDUI,firstoffense.TheDefendantadmittedthatheagainviolatedtheconditions ,| ofhisprobationbybeingconvictedofDUI,secondoffense.Therefore,theDefendantschallenge e totheorderofthetrialcourtrevokinghisprobationiswithoutmerit.
