N Oody,823S.W.2d554,559(Tenn.Crim.App.1991).Ourreviewislimitedtotheevidence  7 presentedatthepostconvictionhearing. !     Atthepostconvictionhearing,theattorneytestifiedthatherepresentedthepetitionerduring #" hertrialandthroughthepleaproceeding.Hesaidthathemetwithheranddiscussedwhethershe $# shouldpleadguiltyorgototrialonthechargeofdeliveringlessthanonehalfgramofcocaine.He t% $ saidthestatescasewasstrengthenedbyamendingthechargetoincludedelivery.Hesaidthathe ]&!% recommendedshepleadguiltybutthatsheknewwhethertheywenttotrialwasherdecision.He F'"& saidifshehadwantedtogototrial,thatiswhattheywouldhavedone,buthedidnotrecallthe /(#' petitionerindicatingtohimthatshewantedanotherjurytrial.Hesaidthathebelievedsheentered )h$( herguiltypleaknowinglyandthathedidnotassurehershewouldreceiveanyformofalternative *Q%) sentencing.Thetrialcourtfoundtheattorneystestimonycredible.Italsofoundthatthepetitioner *:&* understoodtheconsequencesofpleadingopenandthatherattorneydidnotcoerceherintopleading +#'+ guilty.Therecorddoesnotpreponderateagainstthetrialcourtsfindings.Thepetitionerfailedto  proveherallegationsbyclearandconvincingevidence.    Thepetitioneralsoarguesthatherattorneysbossthreatenedherbysuggestingthetrialjudge k wouldgetmadifshewenttotrialandthatherattorneysrefusaltoacceptherdecisiontogototrial T gavehernocourseofactionotherthanpleadingguilty.Webelievetherecorddoesnotsupport =  eitherargument.Instead,itindicatesthatthepetitionerwasunhappywiththesentenceshereceived. & v Weconcludethatthepetitionerdidnotreceivetheineffectiveassistanceofcounselandthather  _ guiltypleaswereknowingandvoluntary.
