I.    ThedefendantpledguiltyinOctober1996totwo(2)countsofthesaleofover0.5gramsofcocaine.ShewassentencedtoCommunityCorrectionsforconcurrenttermsofeight(8)yearswith30daystobeservedintheObionCountyjail. Afterherreleasefromjail,LaneThortonwiththeWestateCorrectionsNetworkwasassignedasthedefendantscaseofficer.ThortontestifiedattherevocationhearingthatthedefendantcommittednumerousviolationsofthetermsofherCommunityCorrectionssentence,including:failuretobeatherapprovedresidenceonseveraloccasions,failuretosecureemployment,failuretomakeanypaymentonhercourtcostsandfine,failuretoproperlyperformcommunityserviceandtheuseofmarijuana. Thedefendanttestifiedattherevocationhearingthatshewasforcedtomovefromherapprovedresidencebecauseofherstatusasaconvictedfelon.Sheclaimedmedicalproblemsandcareofherchildrencausedmostoftheviolations.Thedefendantadmittedtotheuseofmarijuana. ThetrialcourtfoundthedefendantviolatedthetermsofherCommunityCorrectionsandreimposedtheoriginalsentences,butonlyrequiredthatsheserveone(1)yearintheObionCountyjailandtheremainderonsupervisedprobation.  II.    Revocationofprobationoracommunitycorrectionssentenceissubjecttoanabuseofdiscretionstandardofreview,ratherthanadenovostandard.Statev.Harkins,811S.W.2d79,82(Tenn.1991).Discretionisabusedonlyiftherecordcontainsnosubstantialevidencetosupporttheconclusionofthetrialcourtthataviolationofprobationorcommunitycorrectionsentencehasoccurred.Id.;Statev.Gregory,946S.W.2d829,832(Tenn.Crim.App.1997).Proofofaviolationneednotbeestablishedbeyondareasonabledoubt,andtheevidenceneedonlyshowthatthetrialjudgeexercisedaconscientiousandintelligentjudgmentratherthanactingarbitrarily.Gregory,946S.W.2dat832;Statev.Leach,914S.W.2d104,106(Tenn.Crim.App.1995).
