ÐHardwood€Floors.€€At€the€sentencing€hearing,€the€trial€court€remarked€that€the€Appellant€had€shownÐ l*¼%* Ðno€remorse€and€noted€its€astonishment€at€the€magnitude€of€the€thefts€committed€for€no€apparentÐ R+¢&+ Ðreason€other€than€greed.€€The€trial€court€further€noted€the€seriousness€of€the€offense€which€involvedÐ 8,ˆ', Ðthe€disappearance€of€approximately€$200,000€worth€of€inventory€during€a€two„year€span.€€A€reviewÐ ° Ðof€the€record,€along€with€the€circumstances€of€the€offense,€the€protracted€period€of€the€thefts,€andÐ –æ Ðlack€of€remorse€by€the€Appellant,€convinces€us€that€the€Appellant€has€failed€to€establish€that€hisÐ |Ì Ðsentence€was€improper.€€€Thus,€the€trial€court€did€not€err€in€finding€that€total€probation€wouldÐ b² Ðpayment€of€$36,000.€€The€judgment€forms,€however,€reflect€that€the€trial€court€ordered€totalÐ xÈ  Ðrestitution€of€$57,550.€On€appeal,€the€Appellant€argues€that€the€trial€courtððs€order€regardingÐ ^®  Ðrestitution€is€contradictory€and€ð ðshould€be€altered€to€require€[the€Appellant]€to€pay€not€more€than€theÐ D”  Ðtotal€sum€of€$36,000€at€$300€per€month.ððÐ *z  Ѐ€Ð ` Ðà  àDuring€sentencing,€the€trial€court€determined€that€the€actual€amount€of€restitution€theÐ öF ÐAppellant€owed€Bruce€Hardwood€Floors€was€$56,550€and€the€actual€amount€of€restitution€he€owedÐ Ü, ÐYellow€Freight€was€$1000.€€The€$56,550€represented€the€amount€the€Appellant€admitted€to€stealingÐ Â Ðless€the€value€of€the€property€eventually€recovered.€€The€trial€court,€after€considering€the€AppellantððsÐ ¨ø Ðpresent€and€future€ability€to€pay,€ordered€the€Appellant€to€repay€$300€per€month€for€ten€years,€forÐ ŽÞ Ða€total€of€$36,000.€€In€so€doing,€the€trial€court€recognized€and€stated€thatÐ tÄ ÐÌà8  àBruce€Hardwood€is€out€a€whole€lot€more€money,€but€I€have€to€be€realistic€in€termsÐ @ Ðof€[the€Appellantððs]€ability€to€pay€...€the€statute€also€says€in€terms€of€restitution€thatÐ &v
