Z   ItisclearfromtherecordthatOfficerJulianattemptedtoarrestthedriverofthevehicle, ,| whomheidentifiedasthedefendant.Thevehicleinvolvedinthisincidentwasregisteredtothe e defendantsmother.Theofficerknewthedefendantpreviouslyandwasawarethatthedefendant N hadanoutstandingarrestwarrant.Thedefendanttestifiedthatheknewhehadanoutstandingarrest  7 warrantonthenightofthisincident.Thedefendantranandignoredtheofficerscommandtostop. !
