Thepetitionersconvictionwasaffirmedonappeal.Statev.JamesMorningCraft,Jr.,andLewisMoorlet,No.31,ShelbyCounty(Tenn.Crim.App.Mar.8,͜1989),app.denied(Tenn.Aug.7,1989).Thepetitionerfiledapetitionforpostconvictionreliefthatwasdeniedafteranevidentiaryhearing.Thedenialwasaffirmedonappeal.LewisMoorletv.State,No.02C019405CR00090(Tenn.Crim.App.Nov.30,1994). Inthiscase,thepetitionerfiledhissecondpetitionforpostconvictionreliefonApril18,1996.Thetrialcourtfoundthatthepetitionerhadpreviouslyfiledandlitigatedapostconvictioncase.ItconcludedthatpursuanttoT.C.A.4030202(c),thefactthatthepetitionerhadapreviouspostconvictioncaseresolvedonthemeritsbarredthepetitionerfromfilingasecondone.Thepetitionwasdismissed.  Thepetitionfiledinthiscasecomplainsaboutthepetitionerspriorpostconvictionattorneynotbeingawareofcertainconstitutionalviolationsandnotappealingthefirstpostconvictioncase. #   ׀Theconstitutionalviolationallegedisthatthepetitionersindictmentwasinvalidinthatthefirstdegreemurderstatutewasvoidbecausethebillenactingitembracedmorethanonesubjectnotcoveredinthetitleofthebill.SeeTenn.Const.art.II,17.ThepetitioneralsocomplainsabouterroneousinformationsenttotheDepartmentofCorrection.
