H    ThedefendantwassentencedpursuanttoanegotiatedguiltypleainJune1997.The  d judgment,therefore,becamefinalin1997.  J   Withlimitedexceptions,thetrialcourtiswithoutjurisdictiontoamendajudgmentonceit    isfinal.SeeStatev.Moore,814S.W.2d381,38283(Tenn.Crim.App.1991).First,Tenn.Code    Ann.4035212(d)allowsthetrialcourttoretainjurisdictionoveradefendantssentencewhile   heisawaitingtransferfromthelocaljailorworkhousetotheTennesseeDepartmentofCorrection. x  ThedefendantwasnotawaitingtransfertotheTDOC;therefore,thetrialcourthadnoauthority ^  underthisstatutetomodifyhissentence. D    Secondly,Tenn.R.Crim.P.35(b)providesforthereductionofasentencebythetrialcourt ` uponmotionofthedefendant,providedthemotionisfiledwithin120daysafterthedatethesentence F wasimposed.However,hismotionistimebarred.Thejudgmentinthecurrentcasewasentered , onJune18,1997.ThedefendantsfirstmotiontoreducehissentencewasnotfileduntilApril13,  1999.Clearly,thedefendantfailedtomeetthe120daytimelimitforfilinghismotion.Thus,the  trialcourtwaswithoutjurisdictiontomodifythedefendantssentence,andthedefendantsmotions  wereproperlydismissed. t   Wealsonotethatthedefendantmissedtheoneyeardeadlineforfilingapetitionforpost @ convictionrelief.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.4030202.Thus,evenifweweretotreatthemotionas &v arequestforpostconvictionrelief,suchreliefwouldbeinappropriateasitistimebarred.  \   Furthermore,weconcludethedefendanthasfailedtoshowhedidnotreceivethesentence ( contemplated.Thejudgmentinthetechnicalrecordissignedbythedefendantandreflectsthe  consecutivenatureofhissentences.     CONCLUSION p!
