L    ThedefendantsprobationrevocationhearingwasheldonNovember19,2001.Atthe $ t beginningofthehearing,bothsidesstipulatedthatthedefendanthadpreviouslypledguiltyto  ` burglaryonMay21,2001,inexchangeforaneightyearprobationperiod.Atthehearing,thetrial  L  courtadvisedthattheviolationallegedastothedefendantwas [f]ailuretocompletetreatmentas  8  required.Tothis,defensecounselresponded: AdmitstoleavingTeenChallengebefore $  completingit,YourHonor.Hasanexplanation. App.1997);Statev.Mitchell,810S.W.2d733,735(Tenn.Crim.App.1991).Toshowanabuse   ofdiscretioninaprobationrevocationcase, adefendantmustdemonstratethattherecordcontains p nosubstantialevidencetosupporttheconclusionofthetrialjudgethataviolationoftheconditions \ ofprobationhasoccurred.Statev.Wall,909S.W.2d8,10(Tenn.Crim.App.1994)(quoting H Statev.Delp,614S.W.2d395,398(Tenn.Crim.App.1980)).Theproofofaprobationviolation 4 neednotbeestablishedbeyondareasonabledoubt,butitissufficientifitallowsthetrialcourtto  p makeaconscientiousandintelligentjudgment.Harkins,811S.W.2dat82(citingStatev.Milton,  \ 673S.W.2d555,557(Tenn.Crim.App.1984)).Wereviewthisissue,therefore,foranabuseof H discretion. 4   Uponreview,weconcludethatthetrialcourtdidnotabuseitsdiscretioninthismatter.The   defendantsjudgmentformexplicitlystates: DefendantmustsuccessfullycompleteTeenChallenge  (1YearProgram).Additionally,theprobationorder,whichbearsthedefendantssignature,lists,  asaspecialconditionofprobation,thatthe [d]efendantmustsuccessfullycomplete[the]teen  challenge(1yr.program).Despitethisoneyearrequirement,thedefendantlefttheprogramafter l onlytwoweeks.Althoughthedefendantassertsonappealthathewasrequiredonlyto enterthe X  program,nottocompleteit,hepresentednobasis,eitheratthehearingoronappeal,forsuchan D! assertion.Accordingly,weconcludethatthedefendantviolatedhisprobationbyfailingtocomplete 0"  theTeenChallengeprogram. #l!   Theevidencealsoclearlysupportsthetrialcourtsfindingthatthedefendantviolatedhis $D # probationbyfailingtoreporttohisprobationofficer.DannyDudley,thedefendantsprobation %0!$ officer,testifiedthatalthoughheinstructedthedefendanttoreporttohimassoonashewas &"% dischargedfromtheprogram,hehadnorecordofthedefendantevercomingtohisoffice.Given '#& thisevidence,wefindthisissuewithoutmeritaswell.
