OnJuly6,1995,awarrantwasissuedforthedefendanttorevokehisCommunityCorrectionssentencerelyingonarrestsandconvictionsintheGeneralSessionsCourtandonhisfailuretoabidebyhiscurfewrequirements.Thetrialcourt,findingthatthefactualallegationsweretrueandthatalternativesentencinghadnotbeensuccessful,revokedthedefendantsCommunityCorrectionssentenceandorderedhimtoservethebalanceofhissentencewiththeDepartmentofCorrection.  WehavereviewedtherecordinthiscaseandconcludethatthisisanappropriatecaseforaffirmanceunderRule20oftheCourtofCriminalAppeals.
