In1992,appellantenteredguiltypleastothreecountsofsexualbatteryandreceivedaneffectivesentenceofsixyears.ThetrialcourtsuspendedthoseϜsentencesandplacedappellantonprobationforsixyears.In1994,appellantpledguiltytosimplepossessionofmarijuana.Hewasplacedonprobationforelevenmonths,twentyninedays,consecutivetothesixyearsentence.TherecordreflectsthatappellantsprobationwasrevokedinAugustof1994.Hewasorderedtoserve60daysinconfinementandthenreturnedtointensiveprobation. Again,inJune1995,aprobationviolationwarrantwasfiledallegingseveralinfractionsoftheconditionsofappellantsprobation.Appellantwaivedahearingontheviolationsandadmittedthathefailedtocomplywiththetermsofhisprobation.Atthehearingonthedispositionofhissentence,thetrialcourtorderedappellanttoservetheremainderofhissentenceinthecustodyoftheDepartmentofCorrection. Becauseappellantadmittedviolatinghisprobation,theonlyissueiswhetherthetrialcourtabuseditsdiscretioninorderingthebalanceofappellantssentencetobeservedinconfinement.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.4035311(d)(Supp.1995);Statev.Duke,902S.W.2d424,427(Tenn.Crim.App.1995).Unfortunately,weareunabletoreviewtheactionofthetrialcourtinappellantscase.Thetranscriptfromthehearinginwhichthetrialcourtorderedconfinementisnotincludedintherecordbeforeus. &   ׀Itisthedutyoftheappellanttopreparearecordwhichconveysafair,accurate,andcompleteaccountofwhattranspiredwithrespecttotheissuesformingthebasisoftheappeal.Tenn.R.App.P.24(g);Statev.Ballard,855S.W.2d557,560(Tenn.1993)(citationsomitted).Anappellatecourtisprecludedfromconsideringthemeritsofanissuewheretherelevantmaterialisabsentfromtherecord.Id.Havinganincompleterecordonappeal,thisCourtmustpresumethatthetrialcourtsdeterminationwascorrect.Statev.Boling,840S.W.2d944,951(Tenn.Crim.App.1992)(citationsomitted).Therefore,weaffirmthejudgmentofthetrialcourtpursuanttoTennesseeCourtofCriminalAppealsRule20.
