TheproofattrialestablishedthatHarryAllenStimpsonandhiswife,JackieStimpson,aretheownersofTheOliveBranch,ahealthfoodstoreinJackson.OnDecember23,1995,amanbrandishingatireironenteredthestoreandforciblyremovedbetweenfiveandsixhundreddollarsfromthecashregister.Additionally,whilebeingstruckontheheadwiththetireiron,Mr.Stimpsonwasrobbedofhiswallet,whichcontainedapproximatelythirtytofiftydollars.Duringthecourseoftherobbery,theperpetratoralso"stomped"Mrs.Stimpson.Bothvictimsdescribedtherobberasa"blackmale,mediumcomplexion,heightaround6'2"to6'3",weighingbetween225to250pounds,havingaroundfacewithamoustacheandwearingagreenArmytypecamouflagejacket,jeans,andlowcutblackshoesorboots."Bothvictimslateridentifiedtheappellantfromapolicephotographiclineup.Immediatelyfollowingtherobbery,awitnessoutsidethestoreobservedamanrunningbesidethestorebuilding.Themanthenclimbedoveraprivacyfenceatthebackoftheproperty.Policeofficersmadeaplastercastofashoeprintfoundinthemudatthislocation.AforensicscientistwiththeTennesseeBureauofInvestigationtestifiedthattheshoeprintcastwasconsistentinsize,shape,andtreaddesignwithapairofblackshoesownedbytheappellant.Duringtheirtestimony,bothvictimspositivelyidentifiedtheappellantastheperpetrator. Itisundisputedthattheperpetrator,bymeansofadeadlyweapon,knowinglyobtainedmoneyandpropertyfromthepersonsofthevictimsbyϜviolence.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.3913402(1991).Moreover,theproofestablishesthatarationaltrieroffactcouldfind,beyondareasonabledoubt,thattheappellantwastheperpetrator.Tenn.R.App.P.13(e).InStatev.Strickland,thiscourtheldthatthetestimonyofavictimidentifyingtheperpetratorissufficientinandofitselftosupportaconviction.Statev.Strickland,885S.W.2d85,8788(Tenn.Crim.App.1993).Accordingly,afterareviewoftheevidenceinthiscase,weconcludethatthisisanappropriatecaseforaffirmanceunderRule20oftheCourtofCriminalAppeals.     ____________________________________     DAVIDG.HAYES,JudgeCONCUR:__________________________________JOSEPHM.TIPTON,Judge̛̜__________________________________WILLIAMM.BARKER,Judge
