Ѐ      Thedefendantinitiallycontendsthatthetrialcourtabuseditsdiscretionwhenitdidnot   relyonthefullbatteryoffactorslistedinBonestel.However,wearepersuadedthattherewas x  ampleevidence,notwithstandingthefactorsnotspecificallymentioned,tosupportthecourts ^  decision.Duringthehearing,thecourtanalyzedseveralfactorsincluding:thedefendantslack D  ofacriminalrecord,hersocialhistory,thecircumstancesoftheoffense,andthedeterrence *z  valuethatwouldresultfromdenyingthedefendantsrequest. ` Ѐ  Thecourtparticularlynotedthatthecircumstancessurroundingthecasewereespecially , egregious.Thecourtfoundthat,despitethedefendantsknowledgeofthefacilityspolicy  regardingtheintroductionofitemsfrom outside,thedefendantknowinglybreachedher  employerstrustanddisregardedthestatedrule.Thecourtalsonotedthattheintroductionof  contrabandhadbeenanongoingprobleminthesubjectfacilityandinotherfacilitiesofitskind. t Therefore,thecourtplacedapremiumonthedeterrencevaluewhichwouldresultfromdenialof Z thedefendantsrequest.Althoughthecourtdidnotmentionthedefendantshealth,amenability @ tocorrection,ortheinterestsoftheparties,webelievethereexistedmorethansufficient &v evidencefromthefactorsanalyzedtojustifythecourtsaction.Becausewebelievethetrial  \ courtdidnotabuseitsdiscretionindenyingjudicialdiversion,wewillnotdisturbitsdecision. B     Thesecondcontentionthatthedefendantmakesisthatthecourtabuseditsdiscretion  whenitweighedsomefactorsmoreheavilythanothers,whilefailingtogiveanexplanationasto  whythecourtweighedthefactorsasitdid.Wedisagreewiththedefendantsargumentbecause   therecordreflectsthatthecourtdid,infact,explainitsreasoningsufficiently.Thecourtstated: p!
