InMarch,1996,Defendantpledguiltytofive(5)countsofforgeryinviolationofTennesseeCodeAnnotatedsection3914114,andreceivedaneffectivesentenceoffour(4)yearsincarcerationintheDepartmentofCorrection.Thesentencewassuspended,andshewasplacedonsupervisedprobation.Withinafewmonths,shewasarrestedandconvictedofDUI,andahearingwasheldintheCircuitCourtofChesterCountyonaprobationviolationwarrant.Atthetime,thetrialcourtrevokedherprobation,orderedhertoserve thirty(30)daysshockincarceration,andallowedhertocontinueonasuspendedsentenceandprobationfollowingthethirty(30)daysincarceration.  InDecemberof1996,DefendantwasarrestedinHardinCountyforDUIandforviolationofthe restricteddriverslicenselaw.InFebruaryof1997,shewasarrestedforDUIanddrivingonarevokedlicenseinMcNairyCounty.ShewasconvictedoftheHardinCountyandMcNairyCountyoffensesinMarchof1997.  AsecondprobationviolationwarrantwasfiledintheChesterCountyforgerycasesandtheevidentiaryhearingwasheldinJulyof1997.  DefendanttestifiedathersecondprobationviolationhearinginJuly,1997thatshehadanalcoholanddrugabuseproblemwhichexistedpriortothetimeshewasconvictedofforgery.ShehadnotsoughtprofessionaltreatmentforherdependenceproblemafterthefirstDUIconviction.However,afterthesecondandthirdconvictions,shehadenteredintoasix(6)monthrehabilitationprograminwhichshewasparticipatingatthetimeoftheprobationviolationhearing.  Attheconclusionofthehearing,Defendantscounselrequestedthetrialcourttoallowhertocompleteherrehabilitationtreatmentprogram.Thetrialcourtfoundthatviolationsofprobationhadoccurred,revokedthesuspendedsentence,andorderedDefendanttoimmediatelybetakenintocustodytoservetheoriginalfour(4)yearsentenceintheDepartmentofCorrection.  Defendantcorrectlyconcedesthattherecordcontainssubstantialevidencetojustifythetrialcourtsfindingthataviolationofthetermsandconditionsofprobationexisted.However,DefendantarguesthatthereisnotsubstantialevidencetosupportthetrialcourtsdecisiontorequirehertoservetheentiresentencebyincarcerationintheDepartmentofCorrection.Werespectfullydisagree.  Ourcourthaspreviouslyheldthattrialjudgeshavethediscretiontoorderasentencetobeservedasoriginallyenteredinthejudgmentuponafindingthatprobationshouldberevoked.Statev.Duke,902S.W.2d424,427(Tenn.Crim.App.1995);Tenn.CodeAnn.4035311(d).
