Theproofatthesentencinghearingestablishedthat,followingexecutionofasearchwarrantattheappellantsresidence,hewasfoundtobeinpossessionof42.2gramsofcocaine.Theaggravatedassaultstemsfromtheappellantsaimingofaninemillimeterpistol attheteamleaderorthefirst[officer]inthedoor,duringtheexecutionofthewarrant.Atthetimeoftheoffenses,theappellantwasthirtyfouryearsold,recentlydivorced,andthefatheroftwominorchildren.Priortohisarrest,hewasemployedatthelocalFarmersCoOp.However,atthetimeofthesentencinghearing,theappellanthadbeenworkingonhisfamilysfarm.Hehasnopriorcriminalhistory. Therecordreflectsthat,atthesentencinghearing,thetrialcourtproperlyconsideredappropriatesentencingprinciplesandallrelevantfactsandcircumstances.Statev.Ashby,823S.W.2d166,169(Tenn.1991).Thus,weaffordthetrialcourtssentencingdeterminationapresumptionofcorrectness.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035401(d)(1990).Afterperformingadenovoreview,applyingthepresumptionofcorrectness,weconcludethattherecordfullysupportsthetrialcourtsdetermination.
