Attrial,thetwentyfouryearolddefendanttestifiedthathehadbeenmarriedtothevictims t sisterforapproximatelyfouryears.HestatedthatinSeptemberof1999,heandhiswifeandtheir ` oneyearolddaughtermovedintotheresidenceoccupiedbythevictimandhisparents.Whilethe L  defendantacknowledgedthathebabysatthevictimontwoconsecutiveeveningsshortlyafter 8  movingin,hedeniedanysexualcontact.Heclaimedthatheandthevictimplayedvideogamesand $ t watchedtelevisionbothdays.Heinsistedthathefedthevictimandsenthimtobedeachevening  ` andthatnosexualcontacttookplace.Whenconfrontedbyhiswifeandthevictimsmother,the  L  defendantdeniedthevictimsallegations.Hetestifiedthatsometimelater,hewasagainaskedto  8  babysitthevictim,butrefused. $    Onappeal,ofcourse,thestateisentitledtothestrongestlegitimateviewoftheevidenceand   allreasonableinferenceswhichmightbedrawntherefrom.Statev.Cabbage,571S.W.2d832,835   (Tenn.1978).Thecredibilityofthewitnesses,theweighttobegiventheirtestimony,andthe   reconciliationofconflictsintheproofaremattersentrustedtothejuryasthetrieroffact.Byrgev. p State,575S.W.2d292,295(Tenn.Crim.App.1978).Whenthesufficiencyoftheevidenceis \ challenged,therelevantquestioniswhether,afterreviewingtheevidenceinthelightmostfavorable H tothestate,anyrationaltrieroffactcouldhavefoundtheessentialelementsofthecrimebeyonda 4 reasonabledoubt.Tenn.R.App.P.13(e);Statev.Williams,657S.W.2d405,410(Tenn.1983).  p Questionsconcerningthecredibilityofthewitnesses,theweightandvalueoftheevidence,aswell  \ asallfactualissuesraisedbytheevidenceareresolvedbythetrieroffact.Liakasv.State,199Tenn. H 298,286S.W.2d856,859(1956).Becauseaverdictofguiltagainstadefendantremovesthe 4 presumptionofinnocenceandraisesapresumptionofguilt,theconvictedcriminaldefendantbears   theburdenofshowingthattheevidencewaslegallyinsufficienttosustainaguiltyverdict.Statev.
