Inthepetitiontorehear,thefatherstatesthatthiscourt,initsmemorandumopinionfiledApril22,1996,heldthatcustodyshouldnotbechangedtothemother.Herequestsarehearingofthatdeterminationbecause,hesays,eventsoccurringwhilethecasewaspendinginthisCourtwarrantachangeofcustody,andapetitiontochangecustodywasinfactfiledintheKnoxCountyChanceryCourtonFebruary23,1996.8  Thefathermisconstruesthescopeofourpreviousdecision.Inthememorandumopinioninthiscase,wesimplyconcludedthatthemothersdesiretomovetoBardstown,Kentuckydidnotevidencesuchpoorjudgmentsoastowarrantachangeofcustody.Thatistheextentofourdecisionregardingcustody;wedidnotpurporttoconclusivelydecidetheissueintheopinion,andifthefathercanshowthatcustodyshouldbechangedforreasonsotherthanthemothersdesiretomovetoBardstown,hemaycertainlydoso.̀ Inadditiontothisclarification,footnote3ofthememorandumopinionisamendedbyaddingthefollowingsentence.
