Ðthe€Board€initiated€formal€proceedings€to€terminate€his€employment.€€However,€the€probation€hadÐ À  Ðbeen€completed€and€the€record€had€been€expunged€prior€to€the€Board€hearing.€€Canipe€chieflyÐ ¬ü  Ðcontends€that€the€Board€considered,€in€the€hearing,€evidence€contained€in€records€that€already€hadÐ ˜è  Ðbeen€expunged.€€Thus,€he€suggests€that€the€Boardððs€decision€to€terminate€him€was€based,€at€least€inÐ „Ô  Ðpart,€upon€evidence€which€had€been€rendered€inadmissible€under€the€provisions€governingÐ pÀ Ðexpungement.Ð \¬ ÐÌà  àWe€conclude€otherwise.€€The€record€shows€that€the€Board€relied€upon€information€reportedÐ 4„ Ðin€a€local€newspaper€that€detailed€Canipeððs€plea€of€guilty€and€diversion€agreement.€€Additionally,€andÐ  p
