\¬ Ðdiagnosis,€which€formed€the€basis€of€the€C„32€Form,€as€well€as€the€reference€to€sensorineural€lossÐ H˜ Ðin€the€1994€post„operative€report,€Ô_ÔFerrellÔ_Ô€would€have€a€solid€case.€€But€the€record€shows€many€yearsÐ 4„ Ðof€what€appears€to€be€the€contrary€diagnosis€of€conductive€loss.€€We€say€ð ðappearsðð€because€weÐ  p Ðcannot€be€certain€that€the€diagnosis€records€from1974€to€1999€are€irrefutably€inconsistent.€€TheÐ  \ ðmore€probably€than€notðð€work„related?€€€Perhaps€most€important€ð!ð€assuming€Ô_ÔFerrellÔ_Ôððs€testimonyÐ ¼  Ðis€accurate€ð!ð€why€did€Dr.€Bell€never€caution€Ô_ÔFerrellÔ_Ô€to€stay€away€from€loud€noise€at€work?Ð ¨ø ÐÌà  à€Without€answers€to€these€questions,€and€a€more€thorough€explanation€of€the€medical€records,Ð €Ð Ðwe,€like€the€trial€court,€find€the€presence€of€a€long„standing€diagnosis€of€one€condition€and€a€veryÐ l¼ Ðrecent€diagnosis€of€a€different€condition€puzzling.€€Under€the€circumstances,€we€cannot€say€that€theÐ X ¨ Ðevidence€preponderates€against€the€findings€of€the€trial€court.Ð D!” ÐÌÌÌÌÐ à%0!$ Ðà@ï ï
