Theissueiswhetherthetrialcourterredinawardingtheplaintiffbenefitsforadisabilitytoherrightleg. TheplaintiffallegedandthecourtfoundthatsheinjuredherleftkneeonJuly22,1993resultingindisabilityforwhichbenefitswereawarded,notherequestioned.Ninemonthslater,inApril,1994,sheallegedthatduringthecourseofheremploymentherleftkneecollapsed,causinghertofallonherrightkneeresultinginadisablinginjury. Inthecourseoftimeshesoughtbenefitsfordisabilitytobothknees. Thetrialcourtfoundthatbothinjurieswerecompensable,andawardedbenefitsbasedon55percentdisabilitytotheleftkneeand40percenttotherightknee. Theemployerarguesthattheevidencefallsshortofprovingthattheplaintiffsufferedaninjurybyaccidenttoherrightknee,andthatthecourtsrelianceonthetestimonyofDr.RoyC.Terrywasmisplacedbecausehewasnotcrediblyinformed. Dr.Terrytestifiedthattherightkneeinjury couldberelatedtotheJuly,1993injury.FromthistestimonythedefendantextrapolatestheargumentthatDr.Terryassumedbothkneeproblemsarosein1993,contrarytothetestimonyoftheplaintiffthatsheinjuredherrightkneein1994.Theargumentcontinuesthat couldbetestimonyaloneisnotsufficient;thattheremustbe,atleast,corroboratinglaytestimony.Thisisacorrectlegalassertion.SeeLivingstonv.ShelbyWilliams,811S.W.2d511(Tenn.1991).Butthereiscorroborativelaytestimonyinthisrecord. Asstatedabove,theplaintifftestifiedthatherleftkneecollapsed,causinghertofallonherrightknee.Itistruethatshegaveconfusing,perhapsconflictingaccountsoftheepisode,buttheChancellor,andnotus,isthearbiterofhercredibility,andoftheweighttobeaccordedhertestimony.SeeWallsv.MagnoliaTruckLines,622S.W.2d526,528(Tenn.1981). Theplaintiffsrightkneewasadmittedlyinjuredinsomefashion.Shehasadisablingcondition,assertedbytheemployertohavebeenofidiopathicoriginandthusnotcompensablebecauseoftheinadequacyofthe couldbemedicalϜtestimony.Wedonotagree,forthereasonstated. WedonotsubstituteourjudgmentforthatoftheChancellor,butarelimitedtoareviewdenovoontherecordtodetermineifthejudgmentissupportedbyapreponderanceoftheevidence.Adeterminationofthathavingbeenmade,wepresumethecorrectnessofthejudgment.Tenn.R.App.P.,Rule13(d).Weclearlycannotfindthattheevidencepreponderatesagainstthejudgmentwhichisaffirmed.
