TheclaimantisfortyoneyearsoldandhasatenthgradeeducationandaGeneralEducationDiploma.Shegraduallydevelopedrightcarpaltunnelsyndromefromrepetitiveuseofherrighthandandwristinatypewriterproductionline.  Afterbeingtreatedorexaminedbysixdifferentdoctors,noneofwhomsatisfactorilydiagnosedandtreatedhercondition,shesawDr.JamesT.Galyon,whosurgicallyrepairedherrightwrist,returnedhertoworkafteraperiodofrecovery,andestimatedherpermanentimpairmentatfivepercenttotherighthandandwristorfourpercenttotherightupperextremity.Theclaimantreturnedtoworkfortheemployerforayearandahalf,buthassincequitbecauseofanotherinjurytoanothermember.  ShelatersawDr.JosephBoalsforanevaluation.Dr.Boalsassignedapermanentimpairmentratingoftenpercenttotherightupperextremityandrestrictedherfromanyworkwhichwouldrequirerepetitiveuseoforheavyliftingwiththerightarm,butotherwiseencouragedhertowork.  Thetrialcourtfoundfifteenpercentpermanentpartialdisabilitytotherightarm.Appellatereviewisdenovoupontherecordofthetrialcourt,accompaniedbyapresumptionofcorrectnessofthefindingsofthetrialcourt,unlessthepreponderanceoftheevidenceisotherwise.Tenn.CodeAnn.section506225(e)(2).  Oncethecausationandpermanencyofaninjuryhavebeenestablishedbyexperttestimony,thetrialjudgemayconsidermanypertinentfactors,includingage,jobskills,education,training,durationofdisabilityandjobopportunitiesforthedisabled,inadditiontoanatomicalimpairment,forthepurposeofevaluatingtheextentofaclaimant'spermanentdisability.Tenn.CodeAnn.section506241(a)(2).Fromourindependentexaminationoftherecordandaconsiderationofthosefactors,totheextenttheywereestablishedbytheproofattrial,wedonotfindtheevidencetopreponderateagainstthefindingsofthetrialjudge.
