Ð47€(Tenn.€1962).€€That€case,€however,€is€clearly€distinguishable.€€In€òòHueyóó€the€employee€had€sufferedÐ ð@ Ða€employment€related€back€injury€and€was€at€home€recuperating.€€While€at€home€the€employee€wasÐ Ð  Ðkilled€in€a€tractor€accident.€€His€wife€sought€benefits€contending€that€the€use€of€the€tractor€wasÐ °"  Ðnecessitated€by€the€need€for€fire€wood€and€that€in€turn€the€employee€was€unable€to€operate€the€tractorÐ $à" Ðproperly€because€of€his€disabling€condition€from€the€prior€work€related€injury.€€The€court€in€€òòHueyóóÐ ° Ðfound€that€the€second€injury€was€simply€too€attenuated€and€remote€from€the€work€related€injury€toÐ à ð@ Ðemployer€required€her€to€complete.€€On€the€way€back€she€was€killed€in€an€automobile€accident.€€TheÐ Ð  Ðcourt€found€that€this€accident€was€not€within€the€"special€errand€rule"€because€the€questionnaireÐ °"  Ðcould€have€been€retrieved€at€any€time.€€The€court€emphasized€that€"upon€review€of€the€record€theÐ $à"
