Thiscaseishereinadifferentpositionthanmostappeals. OnOctober31,1995,ajudgmentawardingtheplaintiffcompensationwasenteredintheChanceryCourtofSmithCounty.AfterreviewbyaSpecialWorkersCompensationAppealsPanelandtheSupremeCourt,thejudgmententeredinSmithCountywasmodifiedandaffirmed.OnDecember4,1996,anorderinconformitywithpreviousproceedingswasenteredinSmithCounty.Amongotherthings,thefinaljudgmentprovidedthatthedefendantswouldfurnishmedicaltreatmentfortheplaintiff,requiredasaresultoftheinjurysubjecttotheproceedingshereafterhad. OnDecember6,1996,theplaintifffiledamotionformedicaltreatmentandallegedthedefendantshadrefusedtofurnishmedicaltreatmentasrequired.Theplaintiffaskedthetrialcourttoorderthedefendantstofurnishalistofthreephysiciansfromwhichhecouldselectaphysicianfortreatments. ThedefendantsrespondedtothemotionandsaytheyarewillingtofurnishmedicaltreatmenttotheplaintifffortreatmentsnecessarytotreattheplaintiffforresidualproblemsfromtheNovember27,1991accidentwhichisthesubjectinjuryinthiscase.ThedefendantsaskedthecourttoordertheplaintifftoproducehismedicalrecordsandsubmittoanexaminationbyaspecialisttomakeaninitialdeterminationofwhetherthecomplaintsoftheplaintiffarerelatedtotheNovember27,1991injury. Inresponsetothepleadings,thetrialjudgeenteredthefollowingorder: `  H  Thiscausecameontobeheardonthisthe21stdayofFebruary,1997,uponthemotionofPlaintiffforapanelofthree(3)physicianstotreatthePlaintiffsinjuriesreceivedatSonicDriveIn,towit,ruptureddiscatL5S1. Andafterargument,theCourtisoftheopinionthatPlaintiffshouldexecuteareleaseforDefendanttoobtainanymedicalrelatedtohisbackinjurysinceNovember,1991,withinfive(5)daysandthatDefendantshallfurnishthepaneloftreatingphysicianstoPlaintifffromSmithorcontiguouscounties. ITISTHEREFOREORDERED,ADJUDGEDANDDECREEDthattheDefendantshallfurnishtoPlaintiffapaneloftreatingphysiciansfromSmithorcontiguouscountiesandPlaintiffshallfurnishtoDefendantareleaseauthorizingthemedicalreleaseofallrecordsinanywayconnectedwithhis1991injuryoraggravationorreinjurythereof.   H  Thedefendants,understandably,wishtonotberequiredtofurnishmedicalcareforanythingotherthanthoseproblemsrelatedtotheinjuryofNovember27,1991forwhichthedefendantsareliable. WeareoftheopinionthattheorderofthetrialjudgeimplicitlyimpliesthatthedefendantsarenottobeliablebeyondwhatisnecessarytotreattheplaintifffortheinjuryofNovember27,1991.Iftherebeanyconfusiononthatmatter,weaffirmtheorderofthetrialjudgeandamendonlybyprovidingexplicitlythatthedefendantsshallnotbeliableforanymedicaltreatmentnotrelatedtothepreviousinjury. Theplaintiffandthedefendantsshallcomplyinallthingswiththeorderofthetrialcourtasamendedherein.
