TNBAR MANAGEMENT SERVICES LENDING LIBRARY


The TNBAR Management Services lending library is offered by the Tennessee Bar Association as a service to Tennessee Bar members for general education purposes.

Books, videotapes and CDs are loaned for a 14-day period.

Only one (1) title may be checked out at a time by a single member.

All checked-out material must be returned to the resource library within two (2) weeks.

A request to borrow a book from the library will be filled as soon as the request is received. However, on occasion some items may be on loan, which will require your name to be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if the book you are requesting is on loan and the approximate time it will be returned to the library and available to you.

You must leave your name, telephone number where you can be reached, address and your BPR # in the event we need to contact you about the status of the item.

You will be allowed a 2-3 day grace period in returning the item in the event the mailing system delays the item’s return.

Failure to respond to late notices may result in the forfeiture of access to the TNBAR Management Services Lending Library.


NOTICE: Borrowers are responsible for damage, loss or theft of the items borrowed from the library, and they will be billed for the cost to replace the item(s).
