 According to lawyer Ernie Svenson, the American Bar Association (ABA) threatened him with copywrite infringement after he posted a PDF file containing an ABA “ethics opinion” on his blog, reports TechDirt.com. Lawyer Carolyn Elefant previously complained about the ABA’s strict regulations as well, and set up an online petition asking them to stop copywriting ethics opinions.
