Please make plans to join your colleagues at this year's TBA Health Care Law Section CLE programs at the Cool Springs Embassy Suites in Franklin—the 25th Annual Health Law Forum, set for October 3-4, 2013; and, the 13th Annual Health Law Primer, set for October 2, 2013.

25th Annual Health Law Forum
The Annual TBA Health Law Forum is recognized as one of the premier health law programs in the country and this year is celebrating its 25th anniversary! To mark the occasion of this 25th Anniversary, we plan to take a look back at how the practice has changed during the past 25 years by featuring a brief panel discussion at the Forum led by attorneys who were involved in planning the first TBA Health Law Forum when this Section was brand new. Attendees will also hear from leading private practitioners, representatives from the Department of Justice, and a Tennessee Supreme Court Justice on topics that include:

• Governmental and Defense Perspectives on Healthcare Fraud and Enforcement
• Health Insurance Exchanges
• 2013 Tennessee Health Law/Legislative Updates
• Fraud and Abuse
• Changes in Physician Payment Methodologies
• Affordable Care Act Updates
• Integration Models
• Medicaid Expansion
• The always popular ethics sessions
• Many more important topics
