Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Bill Koch, who leaves the court in two weeks to become dean at the Nashville School of Law, addresses the timing of his retirement in the July issue of the Tennessee Bar Journal.  "A lot of folks have asked me whether my decision to accept the NSL job was somehow influenced by what my colleagues are going through now," he says.
