Former state Rep. Barrett Rich and former Tennessee Department of Safety head Denny King have been nominated by President Donald Trump to become U.S. Marshals, Humphrey on the Hill reports. Rich, nominated for the West Tennessee position, retired from the legislature in 2014 and was then appointed to the Tennessee state Board of Paroles. King previously served as U.S. Marshal for Middle Tennessee under appointment from President George W. Bush.
