Former Pilot Flying J President Mark Hazelwood, who faces sentencing for his role in the company’s scheme to defraud smaller trucking companies of at least $56.5 million over five years, is seeking a change of legal representation, Knoxnews reports. He is currently represented by a Texas attorney with many celebrity clients, but wants to switch to a local lawyer. Knoxville attorney Brad Henry filed a motion on Monday seeking permission to take over Hazelwood’s case.
