Knox County Criminal Court Judge Bob McGee will decide behind closed doors whether two former University of Tennessee football players, accused of rape, can present evidence that they say shows their accuser was engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with one of the men. Knoxnews reports that the locked courtroom is allowed under a Tennessee Supreme Court rule enacted to protect the accuser’s privacy while allowing the accused a fair trial.
