Vanderbilt astronomy professor David A. Weintraub will speak at the Williamson County Public Library on Sept. 18 to discuss questions posed in his book “Life on Mars.” As part of the Vanderbilt at the Library series, Weintraub will address questions about the law and legal restrictions on governments or private citizens who attempt to go to Mars, among other topics.
