Today Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law hosted its annual Sandra C. Ruffin Memorial Symposiumin in the Robert Watson Courtroom of the Knoxville campus. The topic was “The Second Amendment: Its Meaning and Implications for Modern America.” Speakers included Clayton Cramer, Carl T. Bogus, Stephen P. Halbrook, David B.
