Nissan shareholders will decide the fate of former representative director and Brentwood resident Greg Kelly at a shareholder meeting in April, The Nashville Post reports. Kelly was implicated after an internal investigation found that he and then-Chairman Carlos Ghosn underreported income and were using company money for personal interests. Shareholders in the meeting will vote on whether to discharge Ghosn and Kelly as directors. Until recently Ghosn was also the chairman and CEO of French car manufacturer Renault, but on Jan. 24 Renault announced that Ghosn had resigned and it would appoint a new director.
