All candidates with contested races in the 2019 Tennessee Bar Association election have been provided the opportunity of preparing an email campaign message to members. Below is the message from Cookeville attorney Rachel Moses, who is running to be elected to the Fourth District seat on the Tennessee Bar Association Board of Governors.

I am originally from Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and a graduate of Centre College and UT College of Law. I have been an attorney in the Legal Aid Society’s Cookeville office since 2002, representing clients in 10 counties. I served 14 years on the TBA YLD Board, including two years as President. I have served on the BOG the past two years as Middle Tennessee Governor. I was a member of the TBALL Class of 2010. I am a past president of the Putnam County Bar and founded the Upper Cumberland Young Lawyers Association. Through my bar association activities and leadership positions, my legal work, and my service activities with Lions Club and Rotary, I am prepared to connect, engage, and represent the attorneys in the 4th District.
