Farr, appeals the Morgan County Criminal Court’s summary dismissal of his pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus, arguing that his effective thirty- eight-year sentence is void. Upon review of the record and the parties’ briefs, we affirm the judgment of the habeas corpus court.
