Please make plans to join the TBA Construction Law Section on January 25, 2013 for their annual CLE program at the Tennessee Bar Center in Nashville: "Construction Law:  Sticks and Bricks - What Every Lawyer Involved in a Construction Case Needs to Know About Construction But Is Afraid to Ask."

This seminar will give attendees a basic knowledge of construction and the legal issues important to those areas of construction.  Speakers include both industry and professionals, and experienced construction lawyers.  This information-packed, full-day program will provide 6.5 CLE hours, including 1 hour of ethics credit.  Breakfast & Lunch will also be provided.  This year's program will include:
