Please make plans to join the TBA Environmental Law Section on January 24, 2013 for an exciting CLE program at the Tennessee Bar Center in Nashville: "Environmental Considerations in Mergers and Acquisitions."

This seminar is designed for corporate and commercial practitioners, as well as environment lawyers, and focuses on the challenges that environmental issues present in transactions involving the merger or consolidation of entities and/or asset transfers that includes real estate. This program will address these environmental issues from the surviving entity’s, the seller’s, and the buyer’s perspectives, and offers 3 hour of general CLE credit. This program will include presentations on:

·       Environmental Contact Issues in Mergers and Acquisitions

·       Environmental Due Diligence Issues in Mergers and Acquisitions

·       Thinking Outside the Box (Finding Solutions to Environmental Problems in Transactions)
