TBA Environmental Law Executive Council member Darlene T. Marsh has been inducted as chair of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys' Executive Committee.  Prior to the appointment, she served as president of the college during the 2011-2012 term.  She was the first Nashville resident, as well as the first female president to serve the organization.  Marsh, a partner at the law firm of Burr & Forman, practices in the area of commercial real estate with an emphasis on finance and environmental compliance.  As part of her banking practice, she represents banks and insurance companies in connection with loans, foreclosures, workouts and collection matters.  She earned her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
