The Judicial Nominating Commission today recommended three nominees to Gov. Bill Haslam to fill a vacancy on the Third Judicial District Chancery Court. Those under consideration are Beth Boniface, an attorney in Morristown; Douglas T. Jenkins, a solo practioner in Rogersville; and William Erwin Phillips, a partner with Phillips and Hale in Rogersville. The district serves Greene, Hamblen, Hancock and Hawkins counties.
