The U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a decision by Chattanooga federal Judge Sandy Mattice to deny an injunction that would have blocked the Hamilton County Commission from continuing with prayers at its meetings. The judges said they agreed with Mattice that the evidence offered did not provide enough proof to justify an injunction. However, they said the case should continue for a full hearing of the facts, Chattanoogan.com reports.
