Please make plans to join the TBA Environmental Law Section at their January 23, 2014 CLE - "Environmental Law: Changes in the Land Use Landscape (Koontz v. St. Johns)."  This informative 3.25-hour CLE will be presented at the Tennessee Bar Center in Nashville.

This program offers general practitioners an opportunity to learn about the changes affecting land use and related environmental issues resulting from the recent decision in Koontz v. St. Johns River Water Management District.  The case will be discussed and analyzed from a constitution and governmental law perspective.  Presenters will discuss the decision's practical implications, including its impact on stream and wetland mitigation.
