Knoxville attorney Angelia Morie Nystrom will take over as chair of the TBA Estate Planning & Probate Section when the 2014 - 2015 Bar Year kicks off at TBA Convention in June.  Angelia works as the Director of Planned Giving at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and has served two previous stints as Section Chair, including service as the Section's first chair in 2004. Angelia formerly worked at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz's Knoxville office where her experience included estate planning, estate and trust administration, real property transactions, conservatorships and guardianships, general corporate matters, probate litigation and use tax litigation. She has been a frequent lecturer on estate planning, probate and elder care issues and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the TBA Public Education Committee that recently published The Legal Handbook for Tennessee Seniors.
