The NACTT Academy for Consumer Bankruptcy Education invites currently enrolled law students to submit an entry for its Fall 2014 Law Student Writing Contest. Submissions should encompass a topic or issue concerning Chapter 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Submissions will be judged based on content, extent of research, degree of difficulty of topic and originality. Winning entries will be published at ConsiderChapter13.org and receive a cash prize.
