Nashville lawyer William Caldwell Hancock was censured yesterday for practicing law while suspended. Hancock had been suspended on Aug. 21, 2013, for failure to complete CLE requirements. While suspended, he continued representing a client by drafting and filing legal pleadings. Hancock entered into a conditional guilty plea and consented to the censure. View the BPR notice.
