Nashville lawyer Kenneth Ray Jones Jr., a founding member of Jones Hawkins & Farmer PLC, died yesterday at the age of 60. Jones was a 1980 graduate of the Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as executive editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. As a lawyer, he maintained a litigation and mediation practice focused on civil, business and securities cases. He was named a Master of the Bench of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court, and in 2014, was selected as a fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation. Visitation will take place Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and Thursday from 10-11 a.m. at the Hermitage Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m.
