Hamilton County Circuit Court Clerk Larry Henry has cut more than $270,000 from the court’s payroll by removing a part-time employee who was drawing a full-time salary, not replacing an employee who left, moving the duties of a bench clerk to someone in his office and cutting parking payments to employees. Henry, who was critical of the court’s spending before taking the clerk’s job, also reported that his office has made good progress in installing an e-filing system that will allow around-the-clock remote access to court documents.
