The Tennessee Highway Patrol will conduct its “No Refusal” traffic safety enforcement campaign from Dec. 31 at 12:01 a.m. through Jan. 4, WATE reports. The state’s “no refusal” law allows officials to seek search warrants for blood samples in cases involving suspected impaired drivers. Troopers will perform saturation patrols, seat belt, sobriety and driver’s license checkpoints.
