All five Tennessee Supreme Court justices were honored at the annual Knoxville Bar Association (KBA) Supreme Court Dinner last week. During the event, the court recognized 54 attorneys and 70 law students from the Knoxville area who provided at least 50 hours of pro bono service this past year. Guests also heard from G. Douglas Jones, a former U.S. attorney who led a team of prosecutors and investigators in the re-opened historic “cold case” of the 1963 bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham.
