Wendell J. O’Reilly of Williamson County received a public censure from the Board of Professional Responsibility on Friday. O’Reilly was found to have violated the Rules of Professional Conduct when he comingled personal funds in his client trust account, and failed to promptly remove the funds from the account. On multiple occasions, O’Reilly was found to have paid personal and business expenses from the client trust account. Read the BPR notice here.
