The Tennessee Supreme Court is seeking comments on a petition, filed by the Tennessee Bar Association, that would amend the Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court to address the practice of “collaborative family law.” Comments from judges, lawyers, bar association and members of the public are welcome and will be accepted until Nov. 21. They should be sent via email to appellatecourtclerk@tncourts.gov or mailed to James M.
